Like it or not, Home Information Packs are now here to stay and can be a large expense for a seller.

Some suppliers are charging over £400 for a pack, and even so-called 'free' packs are often funded by a hidden increase in agents fees.

We can supply an online HIP for freehold property for £250 inc VAT. Leasehold property HIPs will be £275 inc VAT (+any fees charged by the landlord/management co).
