NEW LOOK CONVEYANCING DEPT

Wendi Perkins will be responsible for the day to day running of the conveyancing department at Preston and will also take on the role of Training Manager for both the Preston and Blackburn offices to continue our commitment to inhouse training, ensuring all staff continue to offer a professional and efficient service.
Wendi brings over 15 years experience and a passion for providing an efficient friendly service.
Wendi will deal with all aspects of conveyancing, including sales, purchases, buy-to-lets, remortgages and right-to-buys. She will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the Preston conveyancing department, which will still be supervised by the Senior Partner Mr Andrew Varley.
She will also undertake the role of Training Manager for both the Preston and Blackburn offices, as A.D. Varley & Co are committed to furthering the knowledge of their staff, which will ultimately lead to their progression within the firm and a personal efficient and friendly service to clients.
