We are currently engaged in negotiations with a prominent Prague real estate company in conjunction with a Czech solicitors practice based in Prague with a view to providing a bespoke service to UK clients buying property in the Czech
Republic.
European Reality is a real estate company based in the heart of Prague run by an English CEO. It specialises in acting for UK clients wishing to buy new development property in Prague and has established links with major UK overseas property agents.
We have already worked with European Reality and English speaking Czech conveyancing lawyers on behalf of clients.
We are now looking to develop more formal links with the company which will enhance the service that they provide and give our clients the reassurance of having a UK solicitor liaising on their behalf
